The school year is fast approaching, those who enroll their kids in school are relieved to have some peace around the house once again, those who homeschool are busy busy busy creating this years curriculum. Whether you homeschool or not, I want to help connect you and your children to nature. The resources that I've created are boredom crushing, educational, worksheets that will spark your child's interest in nature.
Want to incorporate nature more into your child's life? Don't know how or where to start?
I am super proud to announce that starting in September we will be hosting a full month of nature based learning. What is nature based learning? It is enriching your child's education by encouraging play and learning outdoors in nature. All subjects can be taught using nature as a base. Children that regularly play in nature grow up happy, healthy, and smart.
Encouraging nature based learning can entail adapting a forest homeschool plan and going all in or taking 1 hour a week to spend some time outside with your children. Whether you are hoping to dive into the deep end or if you need some extra guidance, we are here to help. Wild and Growing was created to connect parents and children to nature through educational worksheets, resources, and videos.
What does an entire month of nature based learning from Wild and Growing look like? Each week we will email you the theme for the week along with a free resource (up to a $10 value) to get you started! Want to be involved? We want you to join! Signing up for the list means you, not only get free resources, but you will also be invited to join our facebook group so that you can share ideas with other parents.
Are you ready to join? Sign up now! It starts in September.
